Why we can
This isn’t a coupon. It’s capacity.
Our moving partner is a licensed company with its own trucks and its own crews.
Most locators hand you a third-party discount code and hope it works out. We can put a real crew on your calendar because that crew already works with us every day.
So the offer is real availability — not a number on a card.
Moving help for our clients is arranged through our partner, Polaris Moving. You lease with us; the move is handled by people who move for a living.
Move-in day should feel like the start of something — not another invoice.
An honest comparison
A “moving bonus” and a move are not the same thing.
Plenty of places advertise moving help. Look closely and it’s usually a rebate you front and wait on. Here’s the difference, plainly.
The usual moving bonus
A promise you have to chase.
- A gift card or rebate mailed weeks — sometimes months — later.
- You pay the movers up front and hope the money comes back.
- Conditions buried in fine print you find out about later.
The MoveInApt free move
A crew booked for your day.
- An actual crew on your move-in date, not a code to redeem.
- Nothing to front — the credit comes off the move itself.
- The tiers are on this page, in plain words, before you sign.
The sample terms
Three things, no drama.
- 01List MoveInApt on your apartment application, so the community credits us for the referral.
- 02Once your lease is signed, we book the move through our partner for your move-in date.
- 03The offer applies to standard local DFW moves, on the sample tiers shown above.

Is it actually free?
On the top sample tier, yes — the move is on us, up to the hours and crew shown. Lower tiers get a discount or a credit. Searching for your apartment is always free; the apartment community pays our referral fee, not you.
What counts as “the move”?
A standard local move within Dallas–Fort Worth: a crew, a truck, and the time shown on your tier. Long-distance, specialty items, and extra hours are quoted separately by the mover — nothing hidden.
My rent is under the top tier — do I still get help?
Yes. The ladder is built so every qualifying lease gets something — a full move, a discount, or a moving credit. The sample tiers on this page show the shape; MoveInApt confirms the final bands.
Do I have to use your mover?
The free-move offer is what our partner crew makes possible, so it runs through them. You’re never obligated to take the move at all — the apartment search stands on its own, free either way.
Start with the apartment. The move follows.
Tell us what you’re looking for. A local DFW expert finds it — and the move is waiting on the other side.
